Job Details

This role will start as 1-year contract with full benefit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Responsible for daily accounts payable processing, invoice verification, bank reconciliation, vendors' master maintenance, prepare financial schedules, etc.
  • Perform general ledger accounts input, update cash-flow, etc.
  • Handle various operating expenses claims from retail stores, sales refund and operation payment, including general ledger, vouchers filing, retail stores' sales audit validation, prepare payment vouchers, vendors' master maintenance, AP sub-ledger reconciliation, etc.
  • Preparing debit note and accounts statement reconciliation with department store.
  • Processing of invoices and payments on time through electronic banking system. Arrange for endorsement and approval in according to corporate policies / compliance requirement.
  • Assist in month-end closing and daily accounting duties. Run reports by using company's financial system (i.e. SAP) to collect information for financial analysis and reconciliation.
  • Participate external audit, SOX compliance to ensure finish the assessment test on time.


Functional Competencies:

  • Strong Analytical skill and detail-mind.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years work experience on financial closing, retail sales audit, bank reconciliation, inventory data and POS sales data validation, preferably gained from MNC and Retail industry.
  • Education: Higher diploma or associate degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional qualifications will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and work independently.
  • Well versed in MS Excel application and experience in SAP is an advantage.
