POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage HKMO market Tommy Hilfiger all stores window display design, in-store visual merchandising and styling, from concept to implementation according to brand and aesthetic standard and in line with Company strategic goals and commercial objectives.

Also responsible for store design and planning function across Asia Pacific markets. Ensure store environment is consistent and up to brand standard.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Work closely with Regional Visual Merchandising Team and HKMO Direct Retail Team to execute creative window and VM concepts in stores
  • Release regular visual merchandising plan, coordinate closely with Operations Managers and store supervisors, manage timely execution and documentation
  • Coordinate with contractors/ production professionals for sourcing & production of props and visual materials, manage delivery and installation in stores on strategy, on budget and on time
  • Implement seasonal merchandising guidelines including window, in-store floor-set and all necessary marketing materials according to new product launch calendar
  • Able to provide flexible VM solutions to tackle with fast changes in retail reality
  • Coach, train and develop Visual Merchandisers to ensure they are self-sufficient and maximizing the sales returns
  • Present all new concepts, seasonal presentation during local training
  • Plan in-store and window schemes working with local teams and implanting all visual merchandising seasonal roll outs across the country
  • Assist in ad hoc visual project / marketing events
  • Manage new store concept(s) set up and establish standards/planning principles.
  • Plan and communicate new and renovated store set ups to ensure optimal, tailored assortments by location.
  • Ensure stores are designed/planned to meet local requirements and budget and sometimes in a cost effective manner when necessary.
  • Manage the store planning and designs of new stores, renovations and enhance existing stores for Asia Pacific.
  • Provide suggestions on design details, material application and space planning for the existing design concept for further improvement.
  • Ensure consistency of store planning and guidelines.
  • Responsible for store planning / store planning drawing
  • Prepare deliverables for whole store planning team including but not limited to reports, programmes, presentations and drawings.
  • Solve critical issues by partnering with all involved parties.
  • Collaborates with Store Development team, monitor construction progress /compliance with design intent on all projects on a periodic basis to ensure consistency of brand guidelines and standards. Provide project management services to key store projects.
  • Be the key contact point for store planning counterparts.
  • Conduct regular market and site visits.
  • Supervise design outsourcing agency for the region.
  • Manage the store planning project database including physical and digital housekeeping of drawing packages, store information and material packages for the store planning team on daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Store Planning & Design team, local partners and internal operation for the coordination of project execution.
  • Able to foster team approach and motivate others.
