The Team
Mission of the Data Driven Marketing (DDM) team is to enable personalized marketing by leveraging CRM data. DDM develops and maintains a cloud-based API solution that enables real time utilization and manipulation of CRM data. DDM team works across multiple channels in bringing unified vision of personalized data and machine learning to consumer facing channels.
Team works in a fully Agile and DevOps way, where the team is responsible for the full life cycle of the product, and responsible from idea to design, development, quality, production and support in production.
The Position
As a member of DDM team you will be responsible for development, design, quality and support of API's and other microservices needed to deliver on the mission of DDM. You will be working with the rest of the team in Agile and DevOps way of working while collaborating with multiple business stakeholders in various channels.

The Position
As a member of DDM team you will be responsible for development, design, quality and support of API's and other microservices needed to deliver on the mission of DDM. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing product delivery for Data Driven Marketing initiative (DDM)
- Driving and owning current and future CRM solution by
- doing investigation and roadmap for future CRM solution
- gathering business requirements
- aligning with multiple stakeholders across Ecom, Retail, Marketing, Technology and others
- researching potential 3d party systems, what they bring and how they could play the part of future CRM landscape inside PVH
- doing investigation and roadmap for future CRM solution
- Have active role in resources planning needed to deliver on roadmaps
- Active role in hiring capacity (internal and external) for the DDM team
- Communicate with Vendors and Partners on a regular basis, about expectations and needs of PVH towards them
- Together with other tech leaders and our business stakeholders, you'll lead a transparent, data driven prioritization process with the goal of delivering value every sprint.
- Complete ownership of our modern API platform built on Amazon Web Services, Kong, Kubernetes, and Keycloak.
- Transform business-driven ideas and wishes into a structured yet agile development agenda and roadmap for the platform.
- Participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
- Be a strong technical counterpart and trusted resource for non-technical Product Owners.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Scrum Master / Technical Product Ownership.
- Driving adoption of best-practices of collaborative work delivery (e.g. Agile, Lean)
- Experience with clear goal setting and data-driven validation (product and/or process).
- Background in software development
- Technically hands-on, can help diagnose issues or expand the detail behind a bug report.
- Good understanding of high-level software architecture, and experience working day-to-day with Amazon Web Services products is a strong plus.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain advanced technical products to non-technical members of the organization.
- Experience in fostering "we build it, we run it" culture and organizing 24/7 service operations (where needed) with SRE-oriented approaches.
- Statistical/qualitative/quantitative analysis, presentations (verbal and written)
- Good sparring partner for Business and Technical Directors
- Working experience in collaboration with Vendors and Partners
