PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Handle MAE media budget planning and execution
  • Project management on different seasonal campaigns and special launch
  • As the marketing lead to work with IT for the best solution regarding the business process including Tran-in & out location
  • Negotiate with business partners for collaborations and sponsorship
  • Manage the media pitching plan and make use of the PR assets including press release and sample for the highest coverage value for seasonal focus items and specific limited edition campaign. Maintain and develop long-term relationship with media press
  • Line up KOLs and celebrity directly and manage agency for product seeding for enhancing the brand's engagement with potential customers through their followers
  • Review clipping, ACE and social reports and evaluate for its effectiveness
  • Handle PR events including press day, branding event, etc for F & B, invitation arrangement, RSVP, all parties' lineup and logistic arrangement
  • Manage and execute on retail and digital marketing initiatives
  • Handle advertising co-op request for outdoor and in-mall advertising
  • Communicate with advertising agency on the media placement execution
  • Responsible for all request from mall such as mall's website update, product loan, shooting, social media exposure, etc.
  • Manage social media post for related projects such as editorial coverage and retail marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge in digital marketing including the SEM, SEO, display ad, paid social, owned social to maximize the impression, engagement and ROI
  • Budget control and payment arrangement
  • Work with legal for contracting process
  • Ad hoc projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years all-rounded marketing experience; previous working experience in international fashion brands or with agency background is an advantage

Education:
  • University graduate in business or marketing related.

Skills:
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
