Primary Purpose:

This position is responsible to support Sales/Inventory Control Activities

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

Monthly

• Cash collection and AR application from relevant Landlords, Department Stores

and E-commerce Business

• Administrative tasks such as scanning of invoices, raising rental invoices for multiple entities
• Update promotions in Backend System
• Assist in Monthly closing activities for Sales /Inventory Control
• Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules
• Perform inventory control tasks to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform job-related duties as assigned

Quarterly

• SOX Control
  • Ensure all internal control process comply with internal company policy

The accomplished individual will possess...

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
• 2-3 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Department at Multinational Company
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
• SAP and Lease Accounting knowledge is a plus
• Problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure
• Assertive, self- initiative, ability to work individually
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team player skills
• Possess ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, as this scope would cover multiple regions
