This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our London team and run the first, soon to be opened Rejina Pyo store. As Store Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations and development of the store, manage a skilled and motivated team and create an inviting retail experience. You will inspire and guide the team to achieve targets and goals and you will shape an engaging environment that brings fashion, lifestyle and interiors together in a uniquely curated space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and oversee the day-to-day work of the store and team
  • Help define ambitious sales targets that supports the store’s development plans
  • Achieve sales targets providing outstanding leadership and customer service at all times 
  • Oversee store operations including scheduling, budget planning, cashflow, merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, year-end inventories and reporting 
  • Ensure deliveries are processed in a timely manner and stock is available and accessible for customers 
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards across the store that are representative of the Rejina Pyo brand 
  • Analyse store KPI’s and sell through to track progress against targets and goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and the local community 
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being implemented correctly at all times 
  • Recruit, train and develop team members, setting individual objectives and providing guidance and feedback 
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the in-store experience and engage the Rejina Pyo community
  • Contribute to buying decisions, suggesting new products and collaborations 
  • Help plan in-store events, communicating with customers and the extended community 
  • Capture in-store content for marketing and communications 
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products, brand and wider industry trends

 

Applicant profile:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar store manager role
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Passionate about fashion and lifestyle trends with a creative eye for product
  • Strong communication skills and sense for customer service
  • A confident leader, team motivator and problem solver
  • A positive, open minded attitude and flair for interacting with people
