Pay Range: $51,500 - $70,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Paid Media Coordinator

Calvin Klein seeks an experienced digital marketing professional to support multiple facets of the Calvin Klein Paid Media Team, specifically focused on Display/Affiliate Marketing. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Display & Affiliate Partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in brainstorming/planning and execution of CK's media plan, that delivers against overall digital marketing strategy and goals.
  • Build strong relationships through daily email and phone interaction with internal stakeholders & external vendor partners.
  • Analyze our competitive landscape and understand business objectives, margins and budget constraints.
  • Drive the development, partner management, recruitment and affiliate network relationships of the CK affiliate program.
  • Support the affiliate channel roadmaps and plans through campaign execution, uncovering insights, and communicating strategies to various key partners.
  • Help conduct partner calls, walkthroughs and present data to internal stakeholders, as needed.
  • Present regular analysis of channel performance, budget tracking, affiliate recruitment and performance status.
  • Help support and manage day-to-day initiatives of the display campaign, including but not limited to account setup, organization, asset delivery & management.
  • Assist in collaboratively translating strategic vision into tactical solutions and results.
  • Manage team marketing calendar, responsible for keeping all internal and external partners up to date on planned promotional activity as well as seasonal marketing themes and product priorities.
  • Coordinate creative asset requests; manage communication between internal creative department and external agency partners as needed to maintain creative accuracy across all media executions.
  • Facilitate communication with internal merchant teams to identify business goals and top product pushes for seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist on weekly status calls with partners to discuss ongoing items, promo changes, plan of action and other initiatives in order to drive business success.
  • Stay on top of competitive trends to keep CK aligned with industry updates; Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience with Rakuten Advertising affiliate platform.


Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience for a large retailer or digital marketing agency.
  • Prior experience with display and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding goals. Ability to strategize based on business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment and with external vendors.
  • Experience with standard industry reporting and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong analytic and business acumen; Ability to analyze and compile marketing performance reports.
  • Aware of retail trends in the marketplace in order to help support business goals for CK.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or eCommerce related field.
