The PVH finance team is instrumental to the success of the PVH North Europe Region business. Acting as true business partners the team are responsible for providing accurate, timely and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction.

The Financial Analyst reports into the Financial Controller and is responsible for the accurate information entered in the accounting system by accountants in Shared Service Center (SSC), reconciling Balance Sheet of PVH NORDICS, consolidating and reporting to PVH brands.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Scanning and sending invoices to Shared Service Center (SSC) in Belgium;
  • Call back to suppliers to verify the supplier details;
  • Contacting the suppliers for any queries in regards to the invoices, credit notes, payment and statements;
  • Maintenance of E-boks - Danish portal where tax authorities and vendors sends invoices and information;
  • Submission of following reports on monthly basis:
    • Intrastat - Denmark
    • Retail Turnover reporting - Sweden
    • Stock levels - Sweden
    • Economic Statistics - Sweden
    • "Konjuktur"/Economic Status of the business - Sweden & Denmark
  • Coupa PO project involvement;
  • Coding invoices in Coupa (AP invoice processing software);
  • Preparing Bank guarantees.
  • Other AD Hoc finance tasks
  • Participating in month end closing activities - working closely with the Accounting teams in SSC to ensure accurate and timely month end close;
  • Responsible of maintenance leases in our 3rd party system COSTAR;
  • Working closely with the Financial Accounting Manager and Financial Controller to develop procedures and controls;
  • Partnering with the accounting SSC in Belgium to ensure the most optimized and efficient ways of working;
  • Supporting with finance related ad-hoc requests coming from the different teams across the company.

About YOU
  • You'll be studying towards accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • You'll have experience with US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of accounting and retail systems (SAP, GK POS) is essential
  • You'll Take Ownership; having excellent organisational and time-management skills demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
