Position Summary:

The Marketing + Window Production Manager will lead and develop the operational side of the in-store marketing and window production throughout CK NA retail store. This role will have three main pillars to focus on: window + marketing production, vendor management, oversee print budget. The primary goal is to streamline workflows across concept & development team to establish a highly efficient design process that generates high-quality design outputs.

This role will partner closely with the Global Creative and Marketing teams to translate the global brand initiatives, drive in-store traffic, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The manager has a well-developed understanding of the brand standards, strong communication skills, and business acumen - effectively balancing aesthetics with productivity. The role demands creativity and effective training skills - maintaining standards and collaboratively managing projects to enhance the brand image. The manager is responsible for meeting deadlines, overseeing a budget, and creating internal processes and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:

Marketing + Windows:
  • Adapts and implements seasonal brand campaigns, including but not limited to window presentations, marketing and in-store displays.
  • Drives clear retail creative direction & execution strategies with internal and external partners to connect with consumers in a consistent brand voice.

  • Provides clear communication on all marketing content - visual, written, and verbal formats - with vendors, cross-functional teams , field teams, and senior leadership.
  • Creates an internal workstream calendar each season to ensure deadlines are met .
  • Builds and executes project plans.
  • Creates an internal validation process to ensure creative leadership alignment pre-production.
  • Presents inspiration, concept, creative strategies, and prototypes to global executives.
  • Drives successful marketing launches with the production team.
  • Updates digital components as needed.
  • Identifies and improves internal process improvements while maintaining all foundational brand and operating standards.
  • Is aware of marketing trends to deliver best-in-class windows.

BUDGET
  • Creates and maintains print budgets.
  • Manages vendors to ensure timely, cost effective, and accurate deliveries.
  • Oversees all inventory management of production, and store orders - monitoring and adjusting reprint levels as needed.

COMMUNICATION
  • Builds strong alignment with cross functional partners to gather information needed for all projects.
  • Partners with field visual managers, district managers and zone vice presidents on business opportunities by store and reacts with marketing support as needed.
  • Develops and creates training tools to support flawless execution in stores.
  • Provides direction and documentation for monthly and seasonal floor sets.
  • Updates and maintains marketing library.
  • Manages digital filing/archives of all marketing and project information.


Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: Broad knowledge & skills - typically 5-8 Years of related experience

Education: Bachelor Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills Required: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Problem Solving:

Drive clear retail creative direction & execution strategies with internal and external partners to connect with consumers in a consistent brand voice and tone. Build strong alignment with cross functional partners to gather direction and timelines needed for all projects.

Examples of a problem:

Missed marketing opportunity from a key partner during the seasonal floor set launch that needs to be quickly identified and reacted to based on seasonal initiatives.

React to urgent window and/or in-store marketing requests and changes based on the needs of the business and to support store traffic and sale changes in the market.

Innovation:

Responsible for making changes to process, product or programs

Pay Range: $86,500 - $117,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
