OFFICE

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Buying and Trade Management Director who will be responsible for buying and launching seasonal product assortments with clear brand-building vision, overseeing the day-to-day trading of the global ecommerce site, reporting on category performance and driving efficiency where relevant.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Set the buying vision for the direct to consumer e-commerce channel, in alignment with brand and merchandising
    • Lead the Buying team to successfully plan and launch seasonal assortments
    • Lead weekly trading activities to deliver budget, constantly identifying risks and opportunities to drive action
    • Be an expert on market and competition and act as a leader within the company
    • Be able to work with multiple product tiers and multiple brands, at global scale


WHO ARE YOU

    • Experience in digital buying or digital merchandising of a Fashion/Luxury company
    • Bachelor's degree. Master's Degree or equivalent, in Business Administration or Management is a plus
    • Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and diplomacy
    • Eye for detail, innovative, solution-oriented and customer centric
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to think "bigger picture" and commercially
