As Digital Growth Marketing Director, you will lead the strategy and execution of a diverse performance marketing portfolio of growth strategies, including paid and organic marketing channels, partnerships, and more to acquire new customers.

Reporting into the VP of Digital, this is a unique opportunity to join the Digital Leadership team with a close connection to the Marketing team, to own the strategy for driving new customer growth and increasing brand awareness while coaching and growing a high-performing team of marketing professionals.


    • Grow and lead team by building vision and motivating team members through coaching, feedback, and change management
    • Establish self and team as business and consumer expert, always on top of business and consumer needs
    • Develop the vision and strategy across the entire marketing funnel
    • Lead a robust testing agenda focused on unlocking new channels and strategies to deliver step function efficiency and scale of the acquisition program
    • Own key metrics driving the acquisition function, setting a high bar for the team and our partners in terms of analytical rigour
    • Communicate insights into drivers of performance and opportunities to the Executive and Management teams on a regular basis
    • Own budgeting, forecasting and investment justification
    • Serve as a key leader within the company, identifying and driving business opportunities through cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Creative, Product Management, Technology and Merchandising
    • Own relationship, SLAs and overall performance with indirect team of performance marketing specialists


    • Significant experience leading customer acquisition and growth marketing programs in high-growth B2C e-commerce/retail environments
    • Proven track record successfully managing and scaling a multi-million dollar
    • Acquisition budget to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
    • Strong people leadership skills with focus on scale, people development, and fostering an inclusive team culture
    • Demonstrated exceptional analytical horsepower and data-driven problem-solving skills; owned start-to-finish analytic solving of complex marketing problems using analytics/ business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SQL, etc.
    • Entrepreneurial and global ownership mindset, with proven ability to influence and build advocacy for ideas at all levels of the organisation
    • Passion for understanding consumer behaviour and taking a few risks to explore new avenues to engage and delight customers
