Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate PR Manager with solid connections across women’s fashion to join the Bluebella team.

The right candidate will have a Fashion PR background either in-house, or from an agency, and is culturally aware within the fields of music, film, and fashion.


Key Objective

This role will manage relationships with key international fashion press, stylist, influencers and agents to improve the visibility of Bluebella, supporting in our ambitions to grow the business through increased brand awareness.



  • Create and implement effective PR campaigns for key periods (inc Valentine’s, Christmas, Pride, New season launches & new product launches), and throughout the year.
  • Improve the visibility of the business through creative PR campaigns and placements with a focus on UK, US and Australia.
  • Build and maintain media relationships with long-lead, short-lead, mainstream media, and trade magazines - working to secure regular positive coverage for Bluebella.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, celebrity agents & stylists to secure coverage.
  • Manage the US PR agency.
  • Develop partnership opportunities for brand collaborations.
  • Plan, organise and manage events and Press days/appointments 
  • Report on all Press coverage to the wider business.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities
  • Gifting fulfilment
  • Budget management
  • PR admin: keeping contact lists up to date, sample management for shoot requests, invoicing etc.



Skills & Experience

  • Solid fashion PR background Excellent creative writing skills - for Press releases and pitches Excellent communication skills, both written and in person Well connected with an excellent black book of contacts at a senior level
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good social skills with ability to work and communicate across different internal departments.
  • Multi-tasker and highly organized.
  • Demonstrates initiative.
  • Creative thinker.




Competitive Salary with Target related Bonus.
