  YOUR TASKS

• Overall assisting the Operations Manager with Inbound and Outbound tasks to ensure all orders are processed smoothly

• Define and maintain standard procedures (SOP’s) for the area together with the Operations team

• Streamlining and optimizing customer service & operations processes for B2B Wholesale

• Contribute to special projects relating to supply chain management, together with the Operations team

• Help the supply chain management team to support them in their day-to-day and be flexible on taking on new challenges

  YOUR PROFILE

• 1-3 years experience in an equivalent role in the areas Supply Chain Management, Sales Administration, Operations, Logistics, or Customer Service

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), German is a strong plus

• Prior work experience in Customer Service

• Excellent organization and project management skills

• Flexible and hands-on mentality, ability to multitask
