THE ROLE

The Solutions Project Lead will join the Delivery & Returns team within the Logistics department. You will be an essential player in our mission to provide an unrivalled experience to our customers all around the world. You will manage large projects and initiatives within the Delivery and Returns Team and also be the internal relationship manager between Farfetch Platform Services and the Logistics department working on a range of topics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will manage new and existing projects, in the early stages of design and development.
    • Coordination between multiple departments and teams
    • Stakeholder management across multiple teams, to a senior level within the business
    • You will be a critical part of designing solutions for Farfetch Platform Services and our own Farfetch.com platform
    • You will be based within the Delivery and Returns Team reporting into Carrier Solutions Team


WHO YOU ARE

    • 5 + years experience managing stakeholders and delivering projects
    • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
    • You are confident working on your own and as part of a team
    • You are an work in an clear, efficient and systematic manner
    • You document requirements clearly and share them effectively with all team levels and with teams globally
    • You have a professional outlook with a customer-oriented mindset
    • You are looking to develop leadership opportunities and could be a mentor
    • You must be fluent in English
