Wholesale order processing (from raising orders to managing deliveries), monitoring and housekeeping of e-commerce orders on Shopify, managing warehouse stock levels through our ERP system, maintaining communication and actioning requests from wholesale clients and offering general administrative support in the studio.
- Updating sales and delivery trackers Monitoring and maintenance of stock, shipments, and client profiles on DELOS’s ERP system Monitoring and managing e-commerce operations – product updates, monitoring orders and customer service issues
- Supporting with shipments and all accompanying paperwork - invoicing, packing list and returns. Making sure HTS codes, COO certification and all other customs requirements are met
- Communicate with clients and forwarders to arrange collection and dispatch of orders in a timely manner Support the commercial team by arranging deliveries of samples to showrooms Order processing – supporting the wholesale team raising seasonal orders, re-orders and RTV requests on our ERP system Managing relationship and communication with 3PL partners Assist with any ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate will:
- 2 years’ experience in an operational / logistics role Preferably educated to degree level Experience with a CRM or ERP system – We use Zedonk Experience using Shopify Proficient in the Microsoft office suite High level of accuracy and attention to detail Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
