Assistant Manager, eCommerce Operations facilitates and monitors the day-to-day operations of the Brand's eCommerce platforms, focusing primarily on and WeChat flagship store. S/he will work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Logistics teams internally and externally partners to ensure smooth operations of the platforms and constantly pursue better sales performance.

  • Daily liaison with both internal teams, including Planning, Merchandising and Logistics, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations of the eCommerce platforms
  • Constantly identify sales enhancement opportunities to pursue incremental sales
  • Competitive analysis for UI/UX and functional practices to ensure and WeChat store with the goal of offering best-in-class user experience
  • Plan and execute & WeChat campaigns to reach larger impact and sales volume
  • Work with Merchandising and Logistics teams to ensure product availability
  • Design and manage refresh calendars of and WeChat flagship store, and work with Creative Operations team for assets and functional upgrades
  • Track and improve creative assets quality, including images, product descriptions and translations
  • Compile and improve routine reports to monitor site performances
  • Compile regular analytic reports on sales trends and consumer insights
  • Budget control of expenses and manage finance and legal related processes

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in eCommerce or marketing
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential
  • 4-6 years of hands-on eCommerce experiences in Beauty, Retail or FMCG sector
  • Strong Microsoft applications (Excel, Power point, Word etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and number sense
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail
  • Experience working with outside venders
