The Associate Manager, Trim and Packaging is responsible for supporting his or her direct manager on execution of packaging and trim developments across all brands for The Underwear Group (TUG - multiple brands) and North America Calvin Klein Apparel Divisions.

  • Support management across entire development process
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure calendar compliance and deadline adherence with regard to packaging and trim development
  • Interface with Design, Marketing, Suppliers and Factories on all phases of development
  • Develop packaging and trim according to the strategies established by management
  • Manage communication to all internal and external partners on seasonal developments
  • Facilitate communication between packaging suppliers and PVH Marketing groups
  • Track all packaging development projects seasonally
  • Monitor all marketing trim costing to ensure adherence with margin requirements
  • Support execution approvals with factories on folding/hanging methods
  • Coordinate creation of packaging directives and maintenance of the Folding Directive Library
  • Maintain labeling and trim toolboxes and communicate details to appropriate Design teams
  • Supervise overseas entry of packaging BOMs in Centric
  • Attend cross-functional team meetings as required



  • Minimum 3 years in raw material field in apparel industry
  • Previous experience working on marketing trims, hang tags, labels and product development is required

Education: Bachelor's Degree or industry, packaging/trim experience that equates

  • Knowledge of Raw Materials, Packaging and Trims
  • Centric experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
