Mainly support to VPs for daily working.

• Manage calendar online for the VPs.
• Organize correspondence including screening and answering phones, processing incoming mail, completing expense reports, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
• Coordinate regular updates with key staff members and internal business partners
• Coordinate trips/agenda for executive visits and prepare for meetings with external partners/visitors
• Maintain updated records/information for all key external parties
• Assist in preparing speeches and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
• Team support.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent English and Mandarin.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience gained from a US multi-national company.
