OFFICE

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for Analytics Managers responsible for identifying gaps and opportunities towards business performance and consumer needs. Each analytics manager will act as subject matter expert and key contributor in collaborative x-functional teams focused on a given area of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • As part of a business unit, continuously identify, prioritise and report key consumer needs & business development opportunities
    • Serve as data subject matter expert, fully understanding our data's ins & outs, limitations and growth opportunities
    • Coordinate data and tools with partners across the group
    • Assess pilot programs with early-stage products and business models
    • Apply data mining and information gathering techniques to identify and interpret patterns and trends in affiliate performance
    • Identify opportunities to automate routine and recurring tasks


WHO ARE YOU

    • Brand-side Ecommerce/Digital Strategy experience
    • Good understanding of corporate strategy, brand building, financial planning, business growth and consumer needs with a user-centric mindset
    • Strong international stakeholder management
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
