About the team

As part of the Global Finance Department, you will be responsible for providing legal administrative support for all departments at GANT HQ office in Stockholm and be the go-to person at the GANT Group for the MF Brands’ legal department in Paris. You report to the Director of Global Financial Control. The position is imperative to GANT’s relentless effort of conducting business in a more correct and efficient way.


  • “Go-To-Person” within GANT for legal/contractual questions and the bridge between GANT HQ in Stockholm and MF BRANDS to ensure efficient communication.
  • Actively participate in legal/contractual discussions as an advisor, subject to validation by the MF Brands’ legal department
  • Work cross-functionally within GANT HQ, GANT Subsidiaries and the MF Brands’ legal department on a wide variety of matters
  • Track and prioritize all legal matters to ensure timely deliveries and low business risk. Communicate potential risks and implications due to delays to parties involved
  • Create, edit, revise, proofread, and redline legal documents and standard contract templates
  • Educate the organization on the legal aspect of contracts (counterpart, responsibilities/liabilities, signature rights, etc.)
  • Coordinate legal documents, meetings and contact information
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and liaising with other departments across the company on all administrative legal matters
  • Maintaine files and upholding a highly organized and efficient filing system of all documents in GANT’s document management system

Your skills

  • 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment from a relevant department, preferably from a legal department
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and have the ability to work independently
  • Experience in coordination / leading administrative legal work
  • Strong computer skills and highly proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude to assignments
  • Must have good judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
  • Can manage to work cross-functionally, build, and maintain relationship
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally

Bonus points

  • Experience from a law firm that works with corporate law
  • Educational background in law or corporate law
  • Experience in working with a digital document management system and digital signature tools
  • Experience from stainability claims within marketing and/or other EU sustainability directives
  • Communicate in French in written or/and orally
