The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

As a part of our local sales team, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of the wholesale strategy and to drive profitable and sustainable market share for your accounts. Due to market and customer needs the Key Account Manager impacts the representative collection and seasonal highlight capsules.

A day in the life of a Key Account Manager Tommy Jeans (m/f/x):
  • Creating assortments for each customer and market needs
  • Analyzing customers performance to detect additional business opportunities
  • Budget planning for each season
  • Analyzing bestsellers to recommend Direct Sale potentials
  • Strategy meetings with customers in order to evolve a partner strategy, tap their full potential and ensure a holistic sell in and sell out performance
  • Strong communication and close interaction with Key Accounts (new and existing)
  • Implementation of Shop-In-Shop projects

What do we need from you? You have:
  • University Degree in Business Economics, Textile or related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Sales, Retail, E-Com or Omni-Channel
  • Deep Knowledge and insights into the fashion industry, market trends, future consumer behavior or e-commerce is a big advantage
  • Hands-on in working with frequently changing tools and softwares to translate work resources into efficiency
  • Strong language skills in German, both written and spoken
