JOB PURPOSE

Through your passion for the brand and professionalism you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently implement operational strategies in the region to ensure operations functions are in compliance with corporate brand standards and health and safety policy.

Reporting to the Retail Standards & Operations Manager, you will ensure that excellent service is provided to the store staff and effective communication is maintained with departments and external providers to the store.

Please note this is a 6-month mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the region with all policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the store, to ensure the efficient running of the store, both front and back of house
  • Support the execution of regional solutions and Corporate initiatives to drive Operations Excellence.
  • ensure the store has substantial operational support to match customer traffic flows and operational demands to enhance customer experience and sales
  • In Partnership with Store Managers, manage the Back of House (including Stockroom, Tailoring and Monogramming center) and all related policies and processes i.e. deliveries (potentially overnight), dispatches, inventory etc
  • Review and assessment of spare parts, repairs and alterations on a country level to ensure process is efficient and cost effective
  • Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and processes are adhered to
  • Ensure the store building and all internal areas are maintained to the highest standard


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience in Retail Operations Roles
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, leadership, coaching and influencing skills
  • Customer Centric and accountable
  • Previous experience with SAP desirable
  • Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office
