Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the planning, management and optimisation of all PPC campaigns, including text and performance max shopping campaigns for Kate Spade's European businesses
  • Oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of all SEO campaigns to increase the brand's relevancy and organic search visibility of targeted terms for Kate Spade's European businesses
  • Produce weekly/monthly channel and ranking reports across all EU regions, supporting the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in digital marketing meetings
  • Lead transition of PPC channel management from agency to in-house ownership
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring that campaigns do not over- or under-spend against set budgets to achieve channel targets
  • Manage relationship with SEM agencies and 3rd party platforms, utilizing their expertise on an ad-hoc basis to ensure that the business is incorporating all opportunities at it's disposal
  • Manage relationship with product feed vendor, to ensure correct product information is being passed to our partners
  • Work closely with ecommerce trade, brand marketing and buying teams to effectively support key product pushes, brand marketing initiatives and increase channel performance across both full price and outlet audiences within target markets
  • Act as SEO advocate, communicating best practices to the wider business to ensure that content is created with SEO in mind
  • Optimise new and existing site content & copy on a regular basis to ensure continual increased exposure of the site's indexed pages within the SERPs
  • Partner with development team to brief, consult and approve technical implementation through JIRA, to support SEO site enhancements
  • Keep abreast of channel and industry developments, bringing any opportunities back to the business to increase performance
  • Act as Google marketing expert, keeping the business abreast of all channel releases and platform updates

The accomplished individual will possess...
  • 3+ years experience in search engine marketing, preferably in (or working on behalf of) a global retail business
  • Extensive experience in Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Search Console platforms
  • Experience working both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working in a global company/brand and/or online startup
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientated
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Commercially-minded and results driven
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work towards multiple KPIs
  • Strong problem solving skills; proactive and takes initiative
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to act quickly to last minute requests and changes.
  • Advanced in Excel for data manipulation
  • Knowledge of marketing principles
