Job Details

We're looking for a CRM Executive who is passionate and driven, we would love someone who is excited to use their knowledge to make an impact and willing to learn and grow alongside our business. 

This role will involve the daily execution of the Sophia Webster email and SMS marketing activations, including planning and reporting of all CRM activity. Working with the Ecommerce team under the direction of the Ecommerce & CRM Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing brand. Within the CRM Executive role, you will help to further improve our approach to existing customer engagement and retention, as well as develop new customer acquisition strategies through compelling and creative campaigns.

Reporting to the eCommerce & CRM Lead you will:

  • Manage, maintain, and improve the Sophia Webster customer database, carrying out segmentation whilst implementing relevant customer journey strategies.
  • Work closely with the CRM & Ecommerce Lead to develop a clear CRM strategy including but not limited to SMS and email.
  • Manage and map trigger-based automated email and SMS campaigns, throughout the customer lifecycle to increase customer retention and maximise sales/ROI.
  • Map, plan, create and analyse BAU email and SMS campaigns across multiple territories.
  • A/B Test various campaigns to establish the most effective.
  • Write compelling copy adhering to the Sophia Webster tone of voice. 
  • Ensure content is consistent with the Sophia Webster brand guidelines
  • Work closely with wider marketing teams to create and manage the email marketing calendar.
  • Research, test and implement new ideas for campaigns throughout the customer journey.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with current data regulations and industry best practices.

Who we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of CRM and email campaign experience including day-to-day use of ESP tool (experience with Ometria an advantage)
  • A creative thinker with excellent copy-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Awareness of GDPR and data handling regulations and best practice
  • Good communication skills, motivated, able to multi-task whilst managing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • eCommerce experience preferred (Magento preferred)
  • Photoshop skills are desirable but not a necessity

She proves her commercial viability through the diverse selection of styles on offer; heels are offered in a range of heights, and flats, espadrilles and sneakers are available as an alternative for a more casual style. Her collections have also expanded to include Children, Bridal and Handbag ranges, all of which have been successful and proved her signature aesthetic can be translated across multiple categories.
