Our flagship, Pitt Street store is looking for a passionate and solutions driven professional to join the team as a Merchandise Coordinator.

Reporting to the Team Manager - Operations, the role will support with all aspects of Back of House, including coordination of the Merchandising, Customer Service and Client Services roles.

Responsibilities include:
  • Inventory management, including stock control, cycle count accuracy, shrinkage, ordering packaging and ensuring appropriate assortment and model stock levels
  • Support in all aspects of client services relating to customer repairs, servicing orders, and any post sale offerings as well as customer telephone enquiries, and stock availability.
  • Coordination of price changes, partnering with store management to ensure all processes and systems support the required service standards.
  • Support in receiving and shipping functions, including liaising with transportation, freight forwarders, Australian Customs, clearing/customs agents etc. to ensure local compliance

The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 1 -2 years' experience in retail stock management/inventory control.
  • You are process driven, accurate, detail-oriented, analytical with problem solving ability.
  • You must be flexible to work non-traditional trading hours including weekdays and weekends, early mornings, late night trade and all holidays.
  • A college or university degree is preferred.
