PR & Office Intern
Casablanca are looking for an Office Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role will serve as an excellent entry point for any candidate looking for a well rounded insight into the runnings of a fashion brand.
Skills and knowledge required:
- Keen interest in the business side of a creative fashion brand
- Advanced notetaking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Competent in Adobe & Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Assisting in external liason for PR agency, stylist, publications, VIP's Overseeing and management of sample loaning. Previous experience in sample management a bonus.
- Management of all incoming / outgoing post & deliveries
- Handling shipments (DHL, Worldnet)
- Ad hoc assistance to directors
- Ad hoc assistance to all departments
- Good eye for detail
- Eager to learn new skills
- Great team player
