Overview: This Director, High Jewelry drives client relations and the client experience through developing and managing the high net worth, high potential client and customer experience strategy and continued expansion of our high jewelry sales for the Americas Region. The role will focus on further creating brand desirability through expansion of top client network and work to evolve in market, local and regional events with laser focus on client centricity. This individual will partner closely with Retail Leaders, Global Client Relations and High Jewelry, Brand Communications, Merchandising, Design and other functional partners to drive client activation, development and enhance the client experience.

Key Accountabilities:

High Jewelry Sales & Business Development
  • Drives strategy for Americas High Jewelry Network by partnering with Market leadership
  • Responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of in-store and virtual client activations and experiences while partnering with key stake holders
  • Create a strategy to evolve and develop a community of HJ client advisors that share best practices
  • Develop relationship with HNW client network, personally meeting each client and working with local sales team and partnership to exceed the client's expectations Partner with Retail Learning on developing selling skills and business acumen of HJ Specialists
  • Work with market Client Relations leaders to develop and execute effective outreach for HNW clients
  • Partners with merchandising and Global High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client needs and expectations as it relates to HJ assortment


Client Experience and Events
  • Work with Client Relations team and internal partners to develop all concepts and collateral for in-store client actions, virtual experiences, Blue Book and High Jewelry events
  • Develop new and creative ideas to animate the network of stores (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs
  • Work closely with Retail Leadership to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach
  • Partner with Global High Jewelry Sales team and client experience team to execute overarching client actions strategy
  • Support new product launches, High Jewelry Road shows, and ad hoc product events
  • Partner with merchandising and other corporate partners on event support and launch strategy


Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Must be creative with a high taste level
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a budget and support local initiatives
  • Luxury industry experience
  • Previous experience in a client relations/client facing role
