HOURLY RATE: $24 - $27 dollars per hour

SMCP USA Inc. (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot & De Fursac) seeks an organized, analytical, and passionate CRM Coordinator to coordinate and execute the email marketing strategy within our CRM Department as well as maintain brand engagement and customer loyalty. This is a cross-functional role which will work in collaboration with our Retail, Brand, & Digital teams to drive customer satisfaction, increase user engagement and loyalty through email marketing & customer experience projects. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing French retail group. This position reports in to the Sr. Manager of CRM + EMail Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have had experience working in an E-commerce & the digital environment, with previous email marketing experience.

What you'll do:
  • Execute the North America email marketing calendar for promotional & editorial email content as well as support US & Canada retail outreach moments.
  • Execute the trigger email strategies, included but not limited to welcome email series, birthday & loyalty triggers.
  • Upload, set up and test email campaigns to ensure an error-free and optimal user experience.
  • Schedule email campaigns to send to our E-commerce and Stores databases via targeted journeys, adapted to each emails' specifics (gender, geography and offer eligibility).
  • Collaborate with our E-commerce team to ensure a seamless user experience and aligned with the website experience.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly email performance reports, make recommendations and adjustments as needed to the email experience.
  • Develop a consistent email AB testing strategy, to drive incremental revenue and improve email performance (send times, dates, subject lines etc).
  • Support the CRM Manager with weekly email creative briefs and copy in collaboration with our Marketing department.
  • Support loyalty and brand communication initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in managing the Customer Service intern in resolving retail & digital issues
  • Support the CRM Manager in analyzing weekly and monthly NPS scores & customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Implement loyalty gifting program to drive customer retention & build loyalty.

Who you are:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience in email marketing & CRM, preferably in an E-commerce environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience in Photoshop is ideal
  • Experience with CRM Softwares & digital marketing tools
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing deliverability best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Strong pro-activity, can-do attitude and organizational skills will be key for success in this role
  • Able to strive in a fast-paced and collaborative role
  • Passion for fashion & E-commerce
  • French speaker a plus but not required
