POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Compliance Analyst is responsible for the management and analysis of Logistics non-compliance violations from PVH retail trading partners. Activities include collection and analysis of deduction claims, development of reporting, and presentation of data to management with recommendations of improvement opportunities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
  • Identify opportunities to improve PVH compliance to customer requirements through analysis of chargeback data, retail partner scorecards, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Capture and report performance data against established standards through weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
  • Track results to establish improvement milestones.
  • Define and implement a standard operating process for the analysis and management of retail partner scorecards.
  • Analyze and organize data and present clearly with recommendations to management.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities in business process and exception management reporting.
  • Create and distribute standardized reporting in the areas of Customer Compliance, End of Month/End of Year Shipping, and RFID.
  • Implement standardized RFID performance reporting incorporating key performance metrics by PVH brand and customer.
  • Collaborate with department staff in the development of reporting to improve performance or provide value-added information.
  • Review and interpret Customer Vendor Compliance requirements and extract information pertinent to Logistics-related activities. Condense and post relevant content on the Customer Compliance website.
  • Complete assignments from department management on an as needed basis.
