POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate is responsible for managing and entering all PLM / Centric activities across all brands, whilst partnering with design. The Associate will also assist with the product development process under the direction of the Director/Sourcing Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Responsible for communication w/offshore teams/vendors and internal partners
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining all information in Centric / PLM system
  • Responsible for final cost analysis related to managed product in Entefy
  • Builds collaborative relationship with cross functional team members
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Manager for quick solutions
  • Manage product information alignment between cross functional teams
  • Daily follow up with vendors and offshore team on any development and production
  • Interaction with w/Design on all package details and issues

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 3+ years sourcing experience in sourcing or related fields - accessories and/or non-apparel a plus

Education: College degree or related experience

Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Teams, SharePoint
  • Advanced in PLM / Centric systems
  • Communications skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Be agile in a busy Environment
