Job Details

Holzweiler is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for our eCommerce Team in Oslo. This is a key role in the growth of our eCommerce business and global expansion as a brand. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies online, with a strong focus on growing the business in Scandinavia, UK and the US.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Build strategies for effective customer acquisition in existing and new markets
  • Forecast, manage and optimize budgets across digital channels while being reactive and accountable to ROAS
  • Implement and monitor performance marketing campaigns daily on multiple paid digital channels
  • Plan and implement the overall bottom funnel campaigns and support internal Brand teams on the top funnel campaigns optimization
  • Manage digital marketing partners to optimize performance and ROI
  • Identify the latest trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Manage internal tech stack for digital marketing and digital analytics
  • Work closely with eCommerce and marketing teams to optimize digital messaging across the brand
  • Create and maintain standardized dashboard & reporting for the team
  • Share insights, opportunities, and best practices with the rest of Holzweiler

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 3-5 years experience from digital marketing agency or in-house digital marketing department
  • Experienced user of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads , Facebook Business Manager, programmatic platforms and affiliate marketing platforms
  • Experienced user of data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio and Excel
  • Experience from working with fashion and consumer brands
  • Keen interest in fashion and brand building

  • Must be hands on and enjoy working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and flexible

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change within an evolving and growing business
