Studio Nicholson is looking for a proactive and energetic PR Assistant to join the team. An organised and positive self-starter looking to develop their career in Communications within a fast-paced and rapidly growing brand.

Responsibilities:

Sample and Asset Management

  • Management of PR samples and all creative assets
  • Coordinating and executing daily sample requests and PR emails - enquiries, image and price requests
  • Organising relevant seasonal imagery and information for wholesale clients         
  • Create product lookbooks and mailers for product drops or samples available to loan Dispatching mailers, press releases and seasonal assets in line with PR calendar Following up on mailers and pitches with press contacts through email and phone calls  Monitoring, collation and distribution of editorial and social coverage, creating monthly global PR report and ad hoc reports for board and sales team Coordinating showroom and store appointments Assisting on generating VIP and wardrobing product placement and coordinating gifting Assisting on international agency asset sharing, influencer gifting and appointments Assisting studio manager and producer on managing logistics of correct samples from company warehouse or factories and preparing collections for each shoot including packaging and steaming. Development and maintenance of relevant press, influencer and partnerships database
  • Support on all PR and marketing tactical activities including events and shoots
  • Help with the analysis of the success or failure of projects and develop recommendations for improvements in future.

Key Skills:

  • Highly organised
  • Great multitasker and problem solver
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite and Analytics, Keynote, InDesign and Zedonk (not essential)
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills. Fashion press contacts are a plus.
  • Ability to deliver PR strategies

Experience:

  • 1+ years in PR, marketing or communications within the fashion industry
