The successful individual will leverage their pr oficiency in Product Development to...

  • Manage the day to day activities of PD team based on priorities set by the Team Lead
  • Support Team Lead to drive product development strategy across global development centers, divisions and projects
  • Drive product development activities including the following: Product Development Timeline milestone adherence, costing milestones and Design Review Meetings (DRM)
  • Oversees the consistency and integrity of development packages and prototype samples; understands and communicates Design intent for new silhouettes or platforms to regional partners
  • Analyze key cost drivers and components of product make-up, providing guidance to the business
  • Build relationships and initiates processes with internal and external partners that facilitate cross-functional synergy and collaboration
  • Support and initiates cross-category developments, communications and initiatives.
  • Oversee product/techinique innovation
  • Manage and communicates collection changes relating to Design updates, standards, and overall consistency of information.
  • Anticipate and drives issue resolution and manages up as necessary.
  • Support and implements projects and initiatives aimed at improving margins.
  • Availability to work weekends or nights around show
  • Travel as needed.

  • Men's runway experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
