We are looking for a Senior Manager Group Strategy - Digital Initiatives (m/f/d) to develop and implement our digital agenda for HUGO BOSS.

What you can expect:

• Reporting to the SVP Group Strategy & Corporate Development, you will help to develop and implement our digital agenda at HUGO BOSS
• Assess the relevance of disruptive trends in the digital world for HUGO BOSS
• Act as a program lead of strategic digital initiatives gathering data analytics requirements from the organization
• Turn requirements into actionable outcomes, prioritize them and manage dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with internal functions
• Own communication and feedback between internal functions and our Advanced Business Analytics development team
• Identify roadblocks or obstacles for projects in progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Actively perform (top) stakeholder management to ensure needed platform conditions and proper implementation in daily business

Your profile:

• Successfully completed master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience (strategy consultancy, project or program management, fashion industry)
• A proven track record in the role of (agile) project manager or program manager, ideally in the domain of business intelligence or data analytics
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in digitalisation and business intelligence and interest in data analytics
• Passion for new challenges and team player
• High level of resilience and persuasiveness
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible and understandable way
• Excellent written and spoken in English
