We are looking for a Senior Manager Group Strategy - Digital Initiatives (m/f/d) to develop and implement our digital agenda for HUGO BOSS.What you can expect:
- Reporting to the SVP Group Strategy & Corporate Development, you will help to develop and implement our digital agenda at HUGO BOSS
- Assess the relevance of disruptive trends in the digital world for HUGO BOSS
- Act as a program lead of strategic digital initiatives gathering data analytics requirements from the organization
- Turn requirements into actionable outcomes, prioritize them and manage dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with internal functions
- Own communication and feedback between internal functions and our Advanced Business Analytics development team
- Identify roadblocks or obstacles for projects in progress to ensure on-time delivery
- Actively perform (top) stakeholder management to ensure needed platform conditions and proper implementation in daily business
- Successfully completed master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience (strategy consultancy, project or program management, fashion industry)
- A proven track record in the role of (agile) project manager or program manager, ideally in the domain of business intelligence or data analytics
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in digitalisation and business intelligence and interest in data analytics
- Passion for new challenges and team player
- High level of resilience and persuasiveness
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a comprehensible and understandable way
- Excellent written and spoken in English
