About the Role

The Analyst of Corporate Quality is primarily responsible for the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to support our Global Quality and Brand partners across the globe. In this role you will collaborate across brands and functions to execute and manage quality related audits and non-standard inventory movement. You will also lead Voice of Consumer (VOC) reporting and drive continuous improvement efforts as it relates to gathering and synthesizing actionable insights from customer reviews and transactional data. In addition to the above you will participate in special projects and initiatives in support of business needs.

What You'll Do

  • DC Quality Assurance and DC Operations teams administration for all in-market issue claims including VAS (value added service) and RTV (return to vendor) workstreams
  • Gap Source Library administrator facilitating provisioning requests, managing document change process and ad-hoc site maintenance
  • Support Voice of Consumer (VOC) capability through topic building and tuning, ad-hoc research requests and publication of weekly and monthly reporting
  • Collaborate across department to identify and implement best practices to optimize resources and reduce complexityedundancy
  • Partner with GIS Global Quality leadership on additional priorities, cross-functional support needs and projects as requested


Who You Are

  • 2-4 years professional experience in Retail, Quality Assurance and or Supply Chain
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
  • Proven ability to communicate data clearly and effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize based on business needs
  • Ability to make decisions independently and work under general direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. (Power BI / Tableau is a plus)
