About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for building integrated and strategic partnerships with key suppliers to redefine the future Brand-Sourcing-Supplier operating model. The role will involve-
•Developing an end-to-end view of our supply chain and various integration points with tier 1 to tier 4,
•Establishing governance structure, frameworks, and opportunities to identify new ways of working.

What You'll Do

  • Develop customized and targeted Integrated Partnership Program (IPP) strategies to identify and capture high-value opportunities across the supply chain
  • Provide a consistent, data-driven approach to measure supplier performance and to direct supplier relationship and development activities
  • Define account management structure (ownership) at the enterprise and supplier level
  • Collaborate with key suppliers and their operations to uncover win-win opportunities which meet or exceed cost and/or performance targets
  • Create long lasting supplier relationships that lead to costing advantage, new technology improvements, and other operational improvement benefits
  • Engage in more proactive and predicative activities which drive towards more effective and efficient processes
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities and increase suppliers' understandings of expectations
  • Provide a common platform for information sharing and decision making that drives effective and efficient supply chain management
  • Track supplier business growth and business evolution to identify technology the company wants (growth, technology, infusion, etc.)
  • Segment and identify which suppliers to engage and articulate the potential business value and proposed integrated partnership strategy associated with these suppliers
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative measures to assess current states and future trends in opportunities on multiple dimensions (e.g., cost, quality, risk, responsiveness, collaboration potential)
  • Assess the overall health of each supplier, potential risk areas, and mitigation strategies
  • Clearly articulate and conduct analyses to verify the added shared benefit that will be realized through IPP
  • Design project leading indicators and Implement proper metrics/KPIs to monitor progress and to drive sustainment of benefits
  • Explore long term strategic investment opportunities with vendors and mills

Who You Are

Key Experience Required
  • Growth Project - Experience of managing project related to growth of business involving multiple geographies and product group
  • Global Business Acumen - Experience in building multiyear growth strategy in a global sourcing / supply chain function
  • Problem Solver - Proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple challenges
  • Collaboration - Proven ability influencing and making decisions cross-functionally in a matrix environment where speed and cultural sensitivity is crucial.
  • Personal Leadership - Demonstrated executive presence, presentation, influencing, and collaboration across a leadership team.
  • Change Leadership - Experience leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decision-making
  • Experimentation - Proven ability to gather and analyze data along with implementing learnings for future use
  • Strategy and Consulting experience - Proven experience in the field of strategy or management consulting. Prior experience in Strategy consulting, retail and/or consumer products
  • Planning & Organizing - Proven experience in plan, prioritize and adapt to change while achieving and maintaining results for multiple projects. Experiencing in structuring projects, assigning tasks and managing the delivery of the agreed plan through virtual and cross-cultural teams
