JOB PURPOSE

To support the Operations Manager in the efficient running of the stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Retail managers to prepare Sales report & forecast by providing templates and cross check the figures
• Assist Retail managers to plan Sales budget and forecast on channel and product divisions yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly
• Monitor all sales calendars and timelines ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all sales function
• Analyze and forecast demand by brand and industry under different assumptions to provide base for business plans and support business decisions for Retail managers
• Conduct thorough analysis on the performances and variances to increase forecast accuracy and support cross checking with relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with finance planning team to support retail managers in the following;
  • Support analyses and reports of internal/external economic trends or financial implications on the company's business performance
  • Support financial analysis of special projects, financial effectiveness of internal operations and product/profit performance.
  • Analysis by district about staff and store Incentive scheme to maximize their performance
• Provide analysis of competitor analysis and its business implications to support business decisions for Retail managers
• Management reporting and corporate review preparation
• Implement retail operation guidelines and Build a new operational process
• Closely monitor daily boutique operation (HQ Guideline, Inventory, VOC, customer data, etc.)
• Cross check working schedule of boutique staff

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Previous experience in Retail Operations/Facilities coordination.
• Excellent Communicator.
• Structured methods and excellent planning skills.
• Adaptable to change.
• Available to work during the night, on weekends and during public holidays when required.
