JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Experience Assistant is to support the Marketing team with daily activities, which include but are not limited to: Brand, Product, Retail and Wholesale Marketing activity, calendar requests, department reporting and communication, meeting preparations and administrative and operational tasks. The assistant reports in to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the marketing coordinator in the daily support of the marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports with planning, briefing, implementation & execution across a range of brand image and commercial/client engagement experiences as gifting initiatives
  • Participates in delivery of global experiences guidelines & supports regional
    roll-outs in liaison with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Follows up with regional teams to ensure that event elements (catering, collateral, uniforms etc.) are being executed to the required luxury standard
  • Works closely with regional teams to ensure reports and guidelines are kept up to date and distributed correctly
  • Leads on briefing and development of BAU guidelines (catering, floral, calligraphy etc.)
  • Supports the development of global events & experiences strategy through market & customer research
  • Attends weekly calls with marketing channels to provide status updates on all current and upcoming projects
  • Support team on the ground at tier 1 events (fashion shows, VIP parties etc.)
  • Remote support for regional teams in execution of tier 2 & 3 events & activations
  • Leads on internal business events (board dinners, SLT lunches etc.)
  • Collates global reporting on events and experiences including gifting initiatives; identifies relevant metrics, benchmarks against similar projects
  • Ensure that any admin tasks (e.g. raising POS, setting up new vendors, submitting expenses) are carried out in a timely manner
  • Secures stock & orchestrates department-wide uniform fittings for staff
  • Daily maintenance of the global events online hub, calendars and other documents
  • Oversees delivery of copy/messaging for experiences collaterals and evites
  • Manages collateral briefs as necessary required for new event / experience guidelines
  • Assisting in bookings of hotels, travel and other administrative support to the team


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical and reporting skills are a must
  • Clear communicator
  • Fast and efficient approach to work load
  • Agile and ability to quickly adjust to changes
  • Must be well versed in Keynote, ppt and Excel
  • Profitiency in creative/design software such as Photoshop, Adobe, etc. a plus
  • Strong interest in music, art and creative communities
  • Areas of Study & Experience: Marketing or Communications
