JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Product Assistant to join our dynamic EMEIA wholesale team. The role will support the Senior Product Manager in delivering the product strategy for our partners with extensive competitor analysis, understanding our sell-in and sell-out results, gathering partners' feedbacks and assisting on product trainings. Acting as an ambassador for Burberry, you will have a solid understanding of the luxury environment and will act as the day-to-day contact for the Wholesale team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Send communication to teams during market / post market for amendments or important updates
  • Assist in the organization of the sales campaigns and production of all supporting materials and buying tools
  • Support in market preparation
  • Post/Pre sales campaign reporting: sell in by region/country (by line, function, best sellers, comparison with previous seasons) & opportunities
  • Support in the end to end market process for the all product division
  • Provide analysis to the commercial and product teams for product deep dives
  • Support carrying out market analysis and identifying opportunities
  • Comparative shop reports
  • Update the team on product changes, delays, cancellations, price updates throughout the season
  • Work with the team to combine monthly sell-out results
  • Complete any administrative tasks as required by the team
  • Send communications to team on retail performance weekly, monthly and quaterly
  • Support excellence team in preparing a weekly free stock report and share with the team
  • Prepare Seasonal seller pre-market guidance & guidelines deck during market
  • Combine a monthly newsletter to share with the team
  • SAP Outage comms and transformation project


PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong sensitivity to the luxury fashion industry: knowledge of trends, key brands & industry updates
  • Proficiency in all programs on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Display an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a busy, fast paced team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous experience with SAP and Joor desirable
