This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are eager to put your learnings into action working with Tory Burch end users, the Network team, the Helpdesk and other Infrastructure teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of all Telecom voice and data networks. You aspire to be the technical expert for complex projects related to Telecom system applications ranging from Microsoft Teams, conference room systems, digital signage and more. You are a resourceful hard-worker, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams, PolyCom Video and Voice Endpoints, or similar applications. You are also a quick learner and a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as professional and collegial interpersonal skills. You are also very organized with great time management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively.
A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be troubleshooting telecommunications services, equipment and wireless devices effectively and efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption of services. You might be assisting with developing and documenting Telecom policies and procedures; providing escalation support for retail stores voice solution - AT&T Office@Hand; configuring and providing support for Microsoft Office 365 Teams; updating firmware on Telecom devices and/or conference room and audio-visual equipment. You could also be handling content deployment of digital signage using Appspace content management application or configuring Chrome Boxes for Digital Signage. You may also be the escalation contact for New Store Openings and Store Relocation processes as well as for the Helpdesk team regarding Telecom related issues. You will also get to work on creating the quarterly metric reports for Operations and liaise with Telecommunication vendors as needed. To Land This Role:
  • B.A. in Telecommunications, Computer Science or commensurate work experience
  • A keen interest in telecommunications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, PolyCom Video and Voice Endpoints
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
