We have a great new opening within the Dr. Barbara Sturm Global Marketing Team. Working as a Global Product Marketing Manager across multiple Marketing disciplines and adopting an omni-channel approach, this instrumental role will manage all product categories, supporting the Global Head of Product Marketing and wider teams deliver the global product marketing calendar and strategy.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as pricing, competitor analysis, forecasting and consumer engagement decisions
  • Pricing Analysis – review competitor pricing across all categories. Assist with the pricing for new product launches including global pricing outlook
  • Competitor Analysis/Market insights - identify gaps and opportunities in product portfolio
  • Working with Global Head of Product Marketing, manage the delivery of the product calendar; produce press releases and copy assets for all new product launches
  • Assist with and produce wholesale marketing presentations
  • Ensure product portfolio is represented across all consumer channels – liaising across all teams to ensure consistent planning
  • Provide support with clinical claims and consumer trials, product naming and other copy
  • Manage consumer sampling strategy, forecasting and execution Maintain and update NPD calendar in IMC document
  • Build collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders including for example our Brand, Creative, Social, E-commerce, Education and Regional Marketing teams
  • Undertake administrative and/or budgetary tasks for the global marketing team
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to prepare for partner, retailer, internal and external stakeholder meetings, participate at team and stakeholder meetings
  • Deliver ad hoc projects upon request

 

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience of working in a marketing function, preferably within the Cosmetics or Luxury Industry, ideally with previous retail experience
  • Passion for the Beauty industry
  • Commercial and competitor awareness
  • Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, proactivity and a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong administrative qualities
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly numerate and analytical, and possess excellent attention to detail Team player, with a flexible approach to projects and capable of working across multiple projects to deadline
  • Excited by the prospect of working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, alongside all functions and departments
