Job Details

The Manager, Global Procurement, Marketing will build and develop Tiffany's category strategy for all areas of Marketing by partnering closely with Marketing leaders to understand and define demand, current and future roadmaps and vendor partnerships. This position will lead the category management function to ethically and professionally procure print, advertising, visual merchandising accessories, window campaigns, packaging and PR services, while meeting the quality standards and specifications established at the best total cost of acquisition.

Location: This position in in-person with an optional hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and establishing the Marketing procurement strategy, processes and procedures that are consistent with corporate policy, project requirements and sound commercial, legal and ethical practices
  • Directing the category management function to ethically and professionally procure print, advertising, visual merchandising accessories, window campaigns, PR services and packaging, while meeting the quality standards and specifications established at the best total cost of acquisition
  • Conducting data gathering, spend analytics and apply market intelligence to develop procurement strategies and cases that will assist the business in delivering measurable cost savings, cost avoidance and multi-year productivity
  • Partnering with functional business units to ensure consistency across all Marketing categories; Implement productivity initiatives, develop vendor management activities, and assist in the establishment of performance metrics to include KPIs, SLAs, and Terms and Conditions; Support transactional / tactical activities and establish standards where appropriate
  • Serving as thought leader and key point of contact on all matters related to category management for Tiffany partners


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or a technical field
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years in a professional procurement function, preferably with a focus on Marketing and Packaging categories
  • Experience sourcing multiple Marketing categories including goods and services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Strong relationship management experience
  • Consistent record working with multiple stakeholders and ability to influence senior leadership
  • Experience leading large scale projects with complex timelines and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to work with suppliers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
