The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and assisting the development and execution of a wide variety of marketing communications and driving marketing experiences, with a consumer focused mindset. Collaborating across multiple functions and creating tools both internally and externally; ensuring brand/product knowledge and marketing ideas are fully communicated with local market teams and go-to-market functions, and to help grow brand awareness and drive traffic both instore and online.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Product Marketing - manager a consumer-centric, monthly product story calendar, ensuring all on-brand and product attributes has been captured and revealed onto consumer-facing materials
  • Understand the go-to-market functions and help to support a new collaborative approach to go-to-market communications and tactics
  • Connector to global and regional marketing function team to build out a market-relevant, consumer-resonating go-to-market implementation approach that echo to the global brand strategy.
  • Assess and collaborate with local team to build out local market plans and track co-op activities performance
  • Agency support - provide support to agency briefings with the ability to work independently and follow-up with agencies to finalize all requests (e.g. naming agencies, copywriting agencies, translation agencies, experiential agencies)
  • Retail Activation - partner with Visual Merchandising and Consumer Journey Team to bring regional phygital brand experience to consumers
  • Research - share competitor and industry cases with other departments to nurture consumer-led culture across teams


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in consumer-marketing or communications, or working in communications in a creative agency
  • Knowledge of the various marketing operations and consumer experiences
  • Strong analytical, strategic and organizational skills
  • Experience working with global and international offices/partners
