Our HR Digitization team enables professional and efficient HR work and is responsible for the continuous digitization of HR processes and the ongoing development of existing HR systems worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • You work in an agile set-up as a DevTeam member on the optimization of our SuccessFactors solutions.
  • As a SAP HCM Key User, you are the first point of contact for all HR employees worldwide with regard to system-related problems, training and the implementation of country-specific requirements. For this purpose, you will be in close contact with our IT colleagues.
  • Together with experienced project managers, you will support the conception and implementation of new HR systems and modules.
  • You support testing & training and accompany the first roll-outs
  • After the first country roll-outs you will independently take over the project management of further countries and the continuous further development
  • As Automation Manager, you will administer bots for HR processes in UiPath and support our IT department in the implementation of bots for test automation.
  • As IT coordinator, you are responsible for the organization of roles and authorizations in Global Human Resources


Your profile:

  • Completed studies in business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • First professional experience in a comparable position, or through relevant internships
  • Willingness to travel
  • High IT affinity & enthusiasm for automation
  • Solution-oriented & careful way of working
  • Very good English skills
  • Distinct willingness to serve & strong communication skills
  • Very good MS-Office skills, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, RPA (UiPath) & test automation (Tosca) would be an advantage
