Site Operations and Management
  • Responsible for the sales performance and operations of ecommerce platform across markets
  • Oversee the operations, maintenance and performance of the ecommerce platform and tools (SFCC, PIM and OMS) effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and conversation for the ecommerce official sites
  • Responsible for the daily site operations on site navigations, product content, promotions, and incident management
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Team for products, collections and promotions push
  • Work closely with local markets on fulfillment rule and safety stock setting
  • Work with Customer Service Agency to settle customer queries and drive improvement in customer satisfaction and process improvement
  • Work with Planning and Buying team on merchandise needs to support Ecom business
  • Ensure that daily site checking and maintenance is conducted, including daily performance tracking on Google Analytics
  • Oversee product enrichment process and data accuracy in PIM
  • Conduct market and competitor research to understand customer needs and market trend for enhancing customer experience
  • Be the team SAP expert and be involved in the SAP integration for e-Commerce (official site & marketplaces) across the brands
  • Be the Power BI expert in reporting and sales analysis
  • Markets include HK, SG, TW and MY

Sales Growth
  • Manage the official sites to deliver revenue targets and performance KPIs
  • Propose online promotions and site content to drive sales to deliver revenue targets
  • Analyze merchandise sales performance regularly to ensure promotion of the higher sales driving products
  • Utilize the platform capabilities to drive conversion & sales
  • Contribute necessary changes to product placement & site merchandising on PLP pages to drive sales and margin performance through best practice, best sellers and/or using the system AI and Einstein configurator
  • Advocate for product and marketing needs to drive business; e.g. exclusive products, GWP, AB testing
  • Analyze site performance and make recommendations on how to improve site experiences and product appeal in the markets
  • Work closely with local retail team, digital marketing content team, drive the strategy and execution of the marketing and promotional plan for the official sites across markets

  • Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Manager, Merchandising, e-Commerce, Asia Pacific to set targets and ensure achievement of sales & target KPIs & on maintaining the Ecommerce P&L
  • Provide weekly sales & business review
  • Provide insights to sales, web analytics, merchandise and other operational analysis to improve merchandise sales performance & improved site conversion
  • Analyze business performance regularly and share findings and insights with internal teams

  • At least 4 years of experience in E-Commerce Retail Business
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge in Excel, Google Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills a must
  • Experience on planning and implementation SEO technical and on-page optimizations
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs or alt-imagesExperience with GTM, GA, Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools
