About the Role

In this role, you will work in an energizing, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers through multiple, interactive channels of communication. You will be Customer Curious as you support and improve the customer experience and satisfaction; focusing on fielding fraud related inbound calls from internal and external customers. This position requires making outbound calls to customers and banks to verify billing information and assist with credit card charge inquiries. You will be an agile solution seeker and comfortable multi-tasking to solve problems and de-escalate customers.

This is a remote position working from home in Ohio only. You will be required to complete four-weeks of full-time virtual training (Monday - Friday) in addition to coming on-site once to pick-up equipment and complete paperwork.

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to internal and external customer requests in an efficient and timely manner; handle complex customer interactions
  • Do the Right Thing mentality with focus on providing first contact resolution, utilizing a variety of resources
  • Deliver results through exceptional decision quality and problem-solving skills, with an extraordinary focus on resolution for a positive customer experience
  • Act in the capacity of "Brand Expert" on policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to both internal and external customers
  • Assist Live Service during periods of high call volume

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or high-pressure, multitasked environment
  • Demonstrated abilities in managing escalated customer issues
  • Solution oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience leveraging technology and navigating multiple systems at once
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet/exceed business expectations
  • 1- 2 years of credit card experience, including customer research, bank credit services or collections preferred
