This position reports into the Director of Digital Product within the Digital Product & Platforms team.

The Digital Product & Platforms team delivers outstanding omnichannel client experiences, ensuring teams are equipped with the right tools and capabilities to deliver a stellar client experience and support the omni-channel offerings of a luxury retailer.

The Manager, Digital Product is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the ecommerce ecosystem which includes tiffany.com and third-party sites.

This position will be instrumental in transformational initiatives, including the digital commerce re-platform of our digital product catalog, site search & merchandising, and commerce engines.

This role will partner closely with UX and Content to continuously optimize and improve the client journey. Other key cross functional partners include Ecommerce Ops, Client Care Center, Retail Excellence, CRM, IT and Regional Omnichannel leads.

Location: This role is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY with an optional hybrid schedule.

Objectives
  • Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital products
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams from end to end of the process
  • Launch new capabilities (including business/functional requirement definition, UAT, etc.)
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities and scale programs to drive business results
  • Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy
  • Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
  • Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan
  • Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
  • Contribute to process improvements and evolution toward modern software development practices
  • Partner with director on identifying new opportunities through analytics, consumer research, competitive data and collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Partner with IT, Brand Management, Digital Creative, Retail Excellence, and Regional Omnichannel teams to bring business strategies to life through features and functionalities


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Lead the product roadmap and backlog for all product discovery, search, and PIM
  • Oversee and lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues
  • Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
  • Partner with IT to handle the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements

The hiring range for this position ranges from $114,410 - $161,520. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon
candidates' relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years work experience in Digital Commerce / Digital Product team
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce/omnichannel standard methodologies and displays business strategy thought leadership
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategic direction and create passion in technology team for delivering truly outstanding technology enabled shopping experiences
  • Strong leadership, partnership skills and proven ability to influence others
  • Superb project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong detail orientation with ability to see / maintain strategic perspective
  • Exposure to agile methodologies
  • Exposure to website development and technical capabilities teams as their primary business partner
  • Familiar with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, etc.
  • Knowledge of the luxury and retail industries, key market trends and competition is a plus
