Over the last years, we learned that solving fulfillment-related challenges for the good of our customers helps us to fuel the growth of our platform. With more partners in Partner Program and Connected Retail joining our platform, we have been developing and testing additional further fulfillment services tailored to their needs.

The Connected Network department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. By unifying and collaborating these services under a single umbrella, we provide a more holistic approach to deliver the optimal fulfillment solution to meet our partners' needs, and leverage common services to enable partner program growth.

As the Head of Product - Logistics Solutions, you are responsible for the full product vision, strategy, and execution. You will have full ownership of the problem space and solutions based on deep knowledge of the end user (both customer and partner), data usage (of our products, industry, competitive landscape), and business strategy. This role will have direct responsibility for Product resources and collaborate closely with designers, data analysts and program management to discover and build an innovative and optimized fulfillment platform for our partners.

  • You'll work with Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to define and drive the long-term vision and product strategy for Fulfillment Solutions, and transfer it into actionable roadmaps.
  • You'll take ownership and deliver initiatives to improve automation and commercial impact KPIs, while continuously improving the experience for our partners, delivering transformational solutions that enable them to effectively steer and grow their business with Zalando.
  • You'll contribute to the Product Management community at Zalando and help shape its future.
  • You'll inspire, consult and empower your team and stakeholders.
  • You'll discover and validate customer problems and commercial opportunities based on rigorous product management frameworks and techniques.
  • You'll utilize data to drive decision making, evolve the solutions to be data driven and automated.
  • You'll reinforce a constant and dedicated focus on our customers and partners and how to solve the right problems.
  • You are an experienced, data-driven and collaborative Product Management practitioner and leader.
  • You have experience developing B2B products across multiple platforms.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries.
  • You have experience of owning the long and medium-term vision and development roadmap for products with a multi-year horizon for reaching the full vision.
  • You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our customers and our business.
  • You have experience of managing senior stakeholders for alignment and buy-in to deliver impact.
