With more partners in Partner Program and Connected Retail joining our platform, we have been developing and testing additional further fulfillment services tailored to their needs.

The Connected Network department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. By unifying and collaborating these services under a single umbrella, we provide a more holistic approach to deliver the optimal fulfillment solution to meet our partners' needs, and leverage common services to enable partner program growth.

As a Principal Product Manager for Reporting & Analytics you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for internal and partner facing reporting across Connected Network. You will support a team of Product Managers in delivering critical data insights and analytics to enable the business. All these products are designed to help our most versatile partners to self-serve and get started on CN business, manage their operations and steer growth. In partnership with multiple teams across the business, you will set the vision for creating simple, compelling and user-centric experiences through deep partner insights.

  • You'll be responsible for owning the overall reporting and analytics products,and building out a team to support delivery on this vision
  • You'll determine and drive the product vision of Europe's most customer-centric fulfillment platform that connects any fashion brand with customers anytime anywhere.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholder groups to prioritize and deliver capabilities that provide them with critical business insights to manage and grow their business
  • You'll lead, hire, develop and guide team of product managers and designers to achieve your roadmap.
  • You'll define KPIs for your area, understand how they impact our partner experience and business performance long-term and monitor success over time.
  • You are a data-driven and collaborative Product Management practitioner and leader with experience building out data insights, defining reporting strategy, and delivering complex user facing reporting
  • You have experience of developing B2C (consumer-facing) or B2B (partner-facing) products across multiple platforms
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries
  • You have experience owning the long and medium term vision and development roadmap for products. You have driven products which have a multi-year horizon for realization of the full vision
  • You know how to measure the success of your product and continuously iterate to improve it for the benefit of our partners
