HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, located in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear and Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

The role will be sited within the Ticino HR Team meaning our People & Culture Crew with the aim to guarantee the performance of recruiting, selection, onboarding and BU partnering activities. The person in charge will be responsible of

What you can expect:

  • Define the Job requisitions' contents and scope according to business needs, organizational analysis and Company culture requirements;
  • Follow the advertisement publishing, pushing and maintenance on Company platform, external recruiting site/social networks and International Institutes/Schools;
  • Interact with eventual external recruiting partners such as selection agencies and Head Hunters;
  • Create an inspiring candidate experience;
  • Guarantee the full selection process with accuracy and autonomy till hiring closure including economical offering negotiation and contract delivery;
  • Follow the onboarding of new resources till the end of trial period;
  • Provide to all interfaces such as admin colleagues all relevant information for hiring definition and employees management;
  • Support the definition of recruiting strategy and contribute to Employer Branding activities;
  • Act with growing autonomy, as proactive HR Business Partner for a specific Product Unit dealing with all key aspects of the employee lifecycle;
  • Participate to cross HR innovation projects/tasks forces.


Your profile:

  • Proven experience as recruiter or HR developed in selection agency or international company and dedicated mainly to international profiles;
  • Affinity or love for fashion and willingness to contribute actively to the growth of a dynamic and open minded environment;
  • Be able to interact with a large panel of internal and external interfaces with high efficiency, flexibility and innovation openness.
  • Have a tangible team playing and building attitude;
  • Great organizational skills with natural attention to detail and a strong communication mindset;
  • Be able to deal with high confidential and sensitive information;
  • Be fluent in English and Italian - German would be a plus;
  • Proficient PC and main software usage - SAP will be a plus.
